Description: Crimson colour in the galss. Aromatic bouquet of ripe, red fruits, tasty, invigorate structure, complex Body, well tied tannins.

Drink recommendation: Wonderful companion to firm food like roast lamb, beef fillet, mushroom pan, venison médaillons or roast wild boar.

Layer:
The grapes are from different vine sections of land between the Vorderpfälzer Ebene and the Haardtrand. Gravelly sand and terrace gravels characterize the meagre and very dry floors.

Processing:
Harvest of ripe and healthy grapes, traditional mash fermentation in the red wine - fermenter with a stand time of 8 - 14 days, gentle pressing under low pressure, following without interventions from  outside (fining or something like that) storage in the steel tank (90%) and in several years old wooden barrels (10%).
