Description: Aromatic rich bouquet of ripe, dark berries harmonious and round with flavours of chocolate and herbs.

Drink recommendation: Wonderful companion for short fried food, uushrooms or also dishes of wild game.

The grapes are from different vine sections of land between the Vorderpfälzer Ebene and the Haardtrand. Gravelly sand and terrace gravels characterize the meagre and very dry floors.

Harvest of ripe and healthy grapes, traditional mash fermentation in the red wine - fermenter with a stand time of 2 - 4 weeks, gentle pressing under low pressure, following without interventions from  outside (fining or something like that) storage in the steel tank (70%) and in several years old wooden barrels (30%) made of French oak.
