| Flavour | Warm with notes of woods, balsamico and menthol, balanced by wormwood, bitter orange and vanilla. |
| Taste | Full and soft at the palate, notes of balsamico and menthol leading to the bitter aftertaste. As well as notes of rhubarb and gentian, Muscovado sugar and a breath tannin. |
| Drinking temperature | After one to two hours cooling it develops its full flavour. |
