A Classic
40ml Croizet VSOP Cognac
4 Slices of Ginger
1 Lime Slice
60ml Lemonade
Place the lime and ginger into a glass and add 20ml of the Cognac. Then add ice and stir. Then add the rest of the cognac and the lemonade.

45ml Croizet VSOP Cognac
45ml Grand Marnier orange liqueur
30ml Cranberry Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients over ice into a highball glass, stir and serve.

20ml Lemon Juice
Crushed Ice
Lemon Peel
Shake all ingredients except the lemon peel. Decorate with the lemon peel once poured.

40ml Drambhuie
40ml Lemon Juice
Three Ice Cubes
Place ice cubes into a shaker, add all other ingredients, shake and pour.

20ml Croizet VSOP Cognac
80ml Champagne
Dash of angostura Bitters
1 Lump of Sugar
1 slice of Orange
A piece of sugar gets dipped in Angostura and placed into a champagne glass. Add Cognac, add Champagne. Decorate with the slice of orange – done.
