Drink recommendation: Not only is it a fine aperitif, cleansing and sharpening the palate, but also an excellent accompaniment to cold dishes (especially sea food). Honoured to herring and smoked salmon as well as cheese.

Translated literally, "Corenwyn" means, quite simply, "grain wine". The term, however, was reserved for the very finest distillations of grain, and to be able to carry the name was indeed an honour. Bols "Corenwyn" is produced in copper stills and the spirit is aged in oak casks.
