| Flavour: | Exceptionally soft; with maritime flavours of salt, warm sand, eelgrass, polish and a winy core on a peppery basis. Firmer notes of honey, lemon and fruitcake develop fast. Cooling with fresh mint and beeswax; then lighten with sea breeze, flowery notes and approvals of smoke. Gentle and dry. One discovers warm malted corn, followed by green mint and some olive brine. |
| Taste: | Immediately inviting in the taste which corresponds with the nose: Salty, after easily sweet prelude with soft fruity and oily notes. A smoky warmth with distinctive honey and citrus notes emerges. Then sweet, granularly with notes of caramel, soft fresh mint and liquorice. Medium to thick body. |
| Finish: | Wonderful sharpness, spiciness and warmth; with a marvellously balanced note of smoke, cereals and supple tannins. Then orange peel and salt, followed by vanilla; extremely seductive and altogether balanced perfectly. |
