Only carefully hand-picked Mauzac-Blanc grapes are used. They can mature longer and are gathered at low temperatures so that they keep their pure, fruity freshness and their natural flavours. They are fermented coldly and 4 times distilled. Before the fifth and final distillation (traditional copper pot) takes place it is blended with Ugni-Blanc grape spirit which is distilled also 4-foldly.
