Characteristics: Produced in small batches after a formula rich in tradition.
Colour: Intense reddish brown
Flavour: Rich and spicy bouquet with notes of wood and root, vanilla and dried fruit, floral wormwood.
Taste: Round and softly tasty. Mouth-warming. Dried fig, cloves, nutmeg, pepper, cinnamon and wood, rounded off with vanilla and alpine flowers.
Finish: Lasting and easily bittersweet finish.
Special: Every bottle carries a numbering on the back, it emphasizes quality and origin of the product.
Drinking temperature: Serve chilled.
Drink recommendation: Perfectly suitable for mixing both for classic creations, such as a "Negroni", or for innovative New Age cocktail variants. But also pure or on ice.

The name Cinzano 1757 is chosen referring to the founding year of the distillery. It was opened by Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano Cinzano in the mountains not far from Turin in the year 1757.
