Description: The wine has a deep dark, garnet red colour. The bouquet is various and has a beautiful harmony between the oak tone typical of the beginning of the development and the notes of fresh grapes. Embellish liquorice notes. It develops at the palate quickly and is  very present already after short time. This wine proves to be constant, balanced and has a beautiful length. Wonderful finish with cherry notes. Very good store potential.

Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 °C Decant at least 2 hours before the consumption.
Drink recommendation: To saddles of lamb with herb crust or glazed breast of duck with cassis sauce.

Original testing note.

The mash fermentation proceeds in temperature led high-grade steel tanks. The wine maturing is carried out for 14 to 16 months in new and two-year oak barrels.
