Characteristics: Produced out of select wines with 19 well chosen herbs among others Alps wormwood, coriander, ginger, cardamom, bitter orange, angelika root.
Colour: Dark amber
Taste: A slight bitter note with a breath of caramel sweetness, very firm herb seasoning.
Drink recommendation: In classic cocktails, like Negroni and Manhattan, as well as pure with ice with an orange zest.

Since 1891 the small, private wine producer Burschik in Vienna produces a fine vermouth exclusively from natural raw materials. The recipe was composed cautiously newly on the basis of this experience in two-year work.
