"The Bee's Knees":
6 cl Brooklyn Gin
4.5 cl of a mixture consisting of one half of fresh lemon juice and the other half of honey syrup (mix honey with warm water in equal shares)
Mix the ingredients on ice well in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a twist of lemon.
