Matured in barrels carbonized newly and at least three times as long as stipulated legally.
Master Distiller Booker Noe created a bourbon which is filled as the only bourbon, unfiltered and uncut straight from the barrel into bottles. He represents the true taste of a Bourbon Whiskey of the 19th century with that.
