Drink recommendation: Drink as an aperitif, with tapas, or as a wine with a meal, seafood or fish, to sushi or smoked salmon.

A bone dry Manzanilla matures average 3 years in cellars of the bodegas of the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda,
