Producer: Bodegas Tradición
Age: More than 25 years of age.
Alcohol: 38%
Colour: Dark mahogany with ruddy nuances and brilliant tone.
Flavour: Spicy (clove, nutmeg), toasted aromas of fine old woods, with herbaceous, dark roasted reminiscences of liqueur, chocolates and pipe tobacco.
Taste: Light, elegant and powerful, with bitter notes due to its fine woods and a long dark roasted aftertaste.
Special: Hand-numbered. Annual bottling capacity: 3000 bottles/year.

Drink recommendation: To bitter chocolates, medium-strong Havana cigars and nuts. A surprising combination is with different cheeses, in particular those of the Gorgonzola, Idiazábal and Torta del Casar type.

This is a very old Brandy de Jerez certified by the Brandy de Jerez Control Board as Solera Gran Reserva. It is over 25 years of age. He is the result of a blend of excellent "holandas" (destillates) and aguardientes (distilled wine liquor), matured for years in American oak casks which had previously matured Oloroso wines.

Storage: It should be kept in a cool, dark place and covered in order to avoid evaporation.
