The base for the Blue Gin is won from Austrian "Mulan" wheat, the water is from a Mühlviertler Alm, an Alpine pasture, and the pure alcohol is distilled gently 2 foldly in small copper stills. 27 Botanicals then join next to juniper, such as angelica root and coriander, which gradually give off their taste to the distillate.
