Characteristics: Embellish lemon notes, tied into the smell of the juniper berry. Many other botanicals complete the taste and the smell of this product.

Drink recommendation: Excellent for cocktails or for the classic "gin &tonic".

In the over 100-year company history of the Destillerie Kammer-Kirsch not only the local fruit brandies as the popular Schwarzwälder Kirschwasser became produced, but also a gin produced at the beginning of the fifties. This „Kammer Dry Gin“ was produced and sold till far in the 1970s. It then fell into oblivion at the enterprise, though.

At the search for old/historical documents for the 100th anniversary the prescription of this „Kammer Dry Gin“ having been lost putatively finally was rediscovered. New rehearsal distillations were carried out again and again until a really worthy representatives of the old „Kammer Dry Gin“ was found.
The Black Forest Dry gin was born!
