Description: This wine is a taste combination with an enormous bouquet. The Ortega speciality comes with a fine bouquet (after quinces and bananas). With 170 degrees Oechsle this is the absolutely highest layer of the special quality wines. Colour and taste are so concentrated, with what this drop represents an absolute rareness. By the late harvest -by the loss the fruit water amount- the berries were shrunk. This corresponds to a loss of volume of approx. 90% and they are already almost ripened into raisins. An unbelievable taste fullness therefore arose.
