A small batch bourbon is a complex balance of taste and flavour - it is made for the true connoisseur.
Made after an old family formula of the burning master Baker Beam, the great-nephew of the famous Jim Beam. So the collected experience of previous Beam generations joins together.
The use of a special and unique yeast type makes Baker´s particularly gently in the taste. The bourbon matures in the upper positions of the rack-houses for seven years. There the barrels are exposed to particularly temperature fluctuations of the seasons which awards an even more intensive flavour to the bourbon.
