Description: Dark garnet crimson. In the smell a wonderfully juicy fruit lets itself be seen underlayed with fine roasting notes, vanilla and burned almonds. At the palate full and soft prelude with a tasty bite, notes of milk chocolate and marinated sweet cherries. The finish is full-bodied, thick and tasty. The finest and velvety tannins providing backbone, the fruit balances incredibly. Packed cunningly and thick, present and beguiling in an almost outrageous way.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Drinking temperature: 16 - 18 °C
Drink recommendation: To steak e.g. with rosemary mustard crust as well as to grilled.

DADÁ No.1 matured exclusively in barrels of American oak.
