He rests deeply up to its majority into the Highlands and breathe the flavours of wild flowers, noble woods and the clearest mountain air.

The Aberfeldy distillery became founded in 1898 by the family Dewar. For the whisky production one obtains water from the river Pitilie Burn which is noted for its gold deposit.
The name "Golden Dram" is also therefore deduced. Whiskies of this ditillery stand out due to their honey notes.

The unique flavour arises from a long fermentation process. The distillation is carried out in copper pot stills, these getting handworked for over 100 years of the very same family. Then the distillate matures in oak barrels up to perfection.
