The Riesling grape is the indisputable queen of the grapes. Classic, fruity Rieslings and its noble sweet tops are powerful dry, but nevertheless harmonious white wines which stand out due to a filigree, artful structure. The title "selection" is awarded under absolute quality controls. Only first-class, fully ripe grapes with a high fruit juice weight are used. Riesling selection wines are noted for her elegant flavour, their fine Bouquet of fruit and sleek acid.
